Color between cherry and garnet. In the nose we find intense wine with very characteristic aromas of the grape variety, vegetal notes, cocoa, which are mixed with toasted and balsamic wood. In the mouth it is powerful, with great structure, fleshy, very intense and long finish.

Intense garnet color. The nose is elegant and fruity, with aromas of strawberries and red fruits mixed with balsamic and toasted wood. In the mouth it is intense, with round tannins, very persistent in the end, leaving memories roasted new wood.

Tinto crianza con 12 meses en barrica de roble francés y americano.

Variedad de uva: 100% Tempranillo  – 20% cabernet Sauvignon.

Categoría: D.O. Ribera del Guadiana.

Elaboración:

Fermentación controlada 24-26ºC y envejecido durante 6 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés y americano.

Notas de cata:

Color granate. La nariz es elegante y compleja, destacan los aromas de frutos negros y fruta en compota mezclado con tostados de la madera y recuerdos a café y cacao. En la boca es carnoso, equilibrado y elegante y destacan las notas de crianza que permanecen al final.

24-26ºC controlled fermentation and aged for 3 months in new American oak barrels.

Tasting notes:

Cerise. The nose is fruity and slightly spicy, with clear hints of vanilla and toast at the end woods. In the mouth it is tasty, powerful and with good structure.

Elaboration:

controlled fermentation 26-28º, macerating a maximum of 20 days. A period of 14 months in stainless steel tanks. It is then aged for 6 months in American oak barrels and the rest of the time in the bottle in our cellar at constant temperature.

Atejados cherry with garnet edges. In his nose the aromas of vanilla combined with memories of rock rose and toasted wood. In the mouth it is structured, meaty and with a long, warm finish.
